04Common questions

Can you take over a site someone else built?

Often yes. I start with a review of the code and hosting to see what is there and what the risks are, then tell you honestly what is needed.

How is support priced and agreed?

Either a fixed monthly arrangement for a defined scope, or hourly work as needed — agreed in writing before I start.

Do you also manage ads and social media?

No. My focus is the technical side: the website, store and systems, and how well they perform.
