I take products from an empty schema to the pixel a customer taps — ledger-first backends, bilingual ERP platforms, Flutter apps and real-time dashboards that hold up under real load.

Every figure below is counted directly from the case studies on this site — nothing rounded up.

01Selected work

Real platforms with real users — architecture decisions, trade-offs and results, written up as case studies.

02What I build

Different surfaces, same discipline: model the domain first, make the data auditable, and leave the codebase better documented than I found it.

Backend systems

Ledger-first financial cores, modular-monolith architecture, and REST APIs designed to stay correct under real load.

02 /
HMAC ✓

Mobile apps

Production Flutter apps for delivery, customer and offline-first use cases — real-time, HMAC-secured, and battle-tested.

03 /
HRCRMStockGLPOSBI

ERP & operations

Custom Frappe/ERPNext apps and deployments that fold manufacturing, HR, CRM and accounting into one bilingual system.

04 /

Web dashboards

Real-time Next.js dashboards for admins, merchants and customers, sharing a common design system.

03How I work

01

Model the domain before the database

Boundaries first, tables second. Every module I ship has explicit domain, application and infrastructure layers so business rules never leak into a controller.

02

Make the numbers auditable

Balances are derived from append-only ledgers, never stored as mutable counters. If a figure is wrong, there's always a trail that explains why.

03

Isolate what you don't control

Payment gateways, ERP bridges and messaging APIs sit behind an anti-corruption layer. A third party going down degrades a feature, not the platform.

04

Ship it documented

READMEs, install guides and API references are part of the deliverable. Code that only I can run isn't finished.

Full-Stack Software Engineer

Carry Go — Warehouse & Logistics System

Boulevard City, Riyadh

Frappe / ERPNextPythonFlutterMariaDBRedisLinux

Key contributions

  • Designed and built a complete custom Frappe app (carry_go) covering hooks, fixtures, setup data, role-based permissions, and scheduled background tasks.
  • Developed a bilingual (Arabic/English) Warehouse Portal for supervisors and staff, handling order management, attendance, payroll, and accounting from a single interface.
  • Built an embedded accounting module rendering P&L, General Ledger, detailed invoices, and KPI cards — integrated directly with ERPNext so users never leave the portal.

Full-Stack Engineer

Spare Parts Marketplace Platform — Multi-tenant B2C

NestJSTypeScriptPostgreSQLPrismaNext.jsReactRedis / BullMQWebSocketsFlutter

Key contributions

  • Architected and built a modular-monolith backend (NestJS, Clean Architecture/DDD, PostgreSQL/Prisma) with strict domain boundaries and an anti-corruption layer isolating all optional third-party integrations (payments, ERP, WhatsApp).
  • Designed a ledger-first financial system: append-only wallet and inventory ledgers as the single source of truth, a rule-based commission engine, an auditable multi-state withdrawal workflow, and automated invoice generation with QR pickup verification.
  • Built a full order lifecycle state machine (merchant confirmation → payment → fulfillment → pickup) with automated timeout handling, dispute resolution, and partial/full refunds with credit-note generation.

06What people say

Omar delivered a complete warehouse portal that replaced spreadsheets and WhatsApp coordination overnight. The bilingual interface alone saved our supervisors hours of daily back-and-forth.

Ahmed Al-Rashidi

Operations Manager, Carry Go Logistics

We gave Omar a complex spec — multi-tenant marketplace, wallet ledger, real-time dashboards — and he came back with clean architecture and zero compromises on data integrity. Rare to find that combination.

CTO, Spare Parts Platform
